FIRST STEP FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ATTENTION: Please do not return your items to any address that may appear on your package or elsewhere. We are not responsible for the loss of returned items unless they are processed through our official return portal. The return address or prepaid return label will be provided by our Customer Service through the return portal.
Our warehouse will not accept returns with pending customs clearance charges. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that your package arrives free of any charges to the destination address.
To help our warehouse team identify your return, please include a note with your order number inside the package.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Products purchased from Brelvo can be returned within 14 days if the original packaging is intact, and the products are in perfect condition. All accessories, documentation, and original packaging must be returned. Otherwise, the products will be subject to depreciation.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Do not wash any garment at more than 30 degrees, as this could damage the product and invalidate your return.
- If we detect that the garment has been washed, damaged, or used, your return will be canceled.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items can be refunded by the original payment method. For sale or clearance items, store credit will be issued for use on our website: https://brelvo.com.
SHIPPING ITEMS
Ensure that the items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, we may reject the refund.
